FREE CONSULTATION
FIRST VISIT - Initial 1 hour (60-minute) ASSESSMENT in-person or virtual TELE-HEALTH session.
In this appt., Information will be gathered to review your medical history, health parameters (weight, body measurements, body fat%), blood work, food & lifestyle habits, preferences & health goals.

SECOND VISIT - A 1.5 hour (90-minute) FOUNDATION in-person or virtual TELE-HEALTH session
A single 90 minute IN-PERSON appointment or a series of virtual TELE-HEALTH sessions (2 @ 45 minute or 3 @ 30 minute) in which Bijal will provide key recommendations (based on your initial assessment) on food groups and nutrients - carbohydrates, fats & proteins, their combinations, portions and a practical approach to plating of meals & snacks from your kitchen using real whole foods.

The initial visits ($450 in total) are typically invoiced for $150 towards the first session and $300 towards the second session.(Can be customized further into multiple sessions)

GST (5%) is applicable and added to all payments described above.
